The school maintains a collection of policies relevant to the smooth running of the school, many of which are of interest to parents.

The school received four formal complaints during the previous academic year.
- An allegation concerning physical contact was raised and the matter was considered through the appropriate school procedures, in line with the school’s Complaints Policy.
- Concerns regarding examination arrangements were raised and reviewed in line with the relevant school policies.
- Concerns regarding placement arrangements were raised, considered and dealt with using the school’s established processes and Complaints Policy.
- Concerns regarding staff conduct were raised and addressed through the appropriate school procedures and policies.
All matters were appropriately considered and addressed in line with the relevant school policies and procedures, external advice was sought where considered appropriate, with all complaints resolved.
